Real biryani is layered, not stirred. We never short-cut with pre-cooked rice or pre-mixed gravies. The slow steam, the saffron-soaked milk, and the dum (sealed) finish are what give our biryani the authentic aroma and texture you'd find in a Hyderabadi or Lucknowi kitchen. Served with cooling raita on the side.
